With the capacity to sew leather of up to 3-millimeter thickness, Starsofa also has a special, state-of-the-art webbing and spring system which supports each seat, evenly distributing weight, increasing comfort, and ensuring durability. This webbing and spring meets the strictest specifications for contract and commercial furniture applications.
Timeless comfort is yet another unique feature of Starsofa¡¯s furniture which uses 35-kilogram per cubic meter (2.7 pounds per cubic foot) high-resilient foam and cushion compartments filled with the finest polyester fiber.

No attention is spared even at the final stage of production. After assemblers bolt the units together into a finished piece, senior inspectors review the work for quality and final approval. Upon passing final inspection, the furniture is packaged in furniture bags that are oil-resistant and waterproof. Only then is the furniture ready to ship.
